Description
With distinctive blue-and-white patterns inspired by Galician and Celtic motifs, ceramics manufacturer Sargadelos dates back to the early 1800s. Today, its 150 workers produce close to one million pieces of hand-painted porcelain every year, from dinner sets and coffee cups to whimsical carnival masks and beer taps for Estrella Galicia.
The design of this vase draws inspiration from the fishing nets found on the Spanish coast and traditional Japanese ceramics. Made in Spain from porcelain, this vase has a tactile appeal with a pattern seemingly stretched over its cobalt blue surface.
